Terms and Conditions of Purchase

This document sets out the terms and conditions upon which we supply our products. By purchasing a product from us you are entering into an agreement to be bound by these terms.

Creative Wallpaper is a next day service and once ordered your wallpaper is printed very shortly thereafter, therefore it is important that you only order once you are happy with your design.

We will only offer refunds where a product is shipped and found to be faulty or damaged (not in transit).

Ordering

Complete the order following our step-by-step instructions, we will deliver your wallpaper within 24 hours of it being printed. This timescale excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If you have personalised a product, we will proof it with you directly prior to printing, confirmation of your agreement to the proof will be required.

Confirmation of your order will be provided via email as soon as payment has been received. It is at this point that we will deem the contract to be in force.

Payment

We accept payment via credit or debit card or Paypal. Payment must be made in full prior to the wallpaper being printed.

Quality Assurance

We use the highest quality ink, paper and printing machines, and variations in colour between monitors and ink on the physical wallpaper may occur. The product will not be deemed faulty by us if this is the case. However, if there is something you are not happy with, please contact us to discuss and within 24 hours of receipt. Refer to our returns policy for details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your wallpaper within 24 hours of it being printed, usually the following day. However, in the event of a delay with your delivery, for whatever reason we will contact you and advise you of the likely delivery time.

If we cannot deliver your wallpaper within 14 days of your order, you have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery will be via Royal Mail or equivalent courier services. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays with the courier or postal service.

Delivery is in securely sealed ridged packaging.

If for any reason the wallpaper is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue, in any event within 24 hours. Please refer to our returns police for further information.  

We only deliver to the UK and UK law applies.
