Where is my order?

Once payment has been received on an order, production begins immediately and for the vast majority of the world, delivery will be made in 3-5 working days from that point.

We will keep you informed during the production process and inform you in the unlikely event that there are delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress by following the full tracking information you will be sent by email. Our orders are shipped via Fed Ex who offer comprehensive delivery features such as changing date, allocating safe spaces and leaving with a neighbour.

If you would like an update on the progress of your order at any stage, please get in touch via info@creativewallpaper with your order ID and a member of the team will be happy to help.

How is my wallpaper packaged?

Your new wallpaper will be rolled inside a secure Creative Wallpaper branded tube or box and be protected inside with inner packaging to protect it during transit. Please remove any staples from the lid carefully before removing your wallpaper.

For our standard repeat pattern rolls, then each roll will be rolled up separately. For our murals, there will be one roll divided up into strips, each strip to your mural’s height and numbered in ascending order to be installed from left to right.

If ordering multiple murals or wallpapers, then they will be clearly labelled so you know which one is which. For larger quantities there may be more than one tube or box delivered, get in touch with our team at infor@creativewallpaper.co.uk if you need any further help with this.
